First meeting
Before beginning a course of therapy, it is vital to establish a trusting relationship in which I can understand your needs and goals and you can decide whether meditative therapy is the right approach, and I am the right therapist for you. This first meeting is completely free of charge and there is no obligation to take up therapy thereafter.
Sessions:
Part of our sessions will look like you might imagine therapy to look, or how you might have experienced it before: I will create and hold a safe space for you to express and process your emotions. You can do this however suits you: through talking, art, or movement. Alongside this, we will explore various traditional meditation practices: these act as both further tools of exploration and expression and as a practice that will support you as you process the emotional work we are doing.
Just as your experiences and emotions are unique, so the practice we create together will be entirely unique to you: we will explore various traditions to find the ones that chime with you – from walking meditations to the Zen tea meditation and a whole lot more besides! – then find a way to integrate these into your daily life as a supportive framework as you process our work in therapy.

Free 45-minute first meeting
£40 per hour-long session thereafter
Sessions can be conducted online or in person.
